Fenerbahçe’s EuroLeague Win Marks New Era Under Jasikevičius

Abu Dhabi — Fenerbahçe Beko Istanbul emerged victorious in the 2025 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final, defeating AS Monaco 81–70 at the Etihad Arena to claim their second EuroLeague title — and their first since 2017.

Led by head coach Šarūnas Jasikevičius, who captured his first EuroLeague crown as a coach after winning four as a player, Fenerbahçe delivered a commanding performance on European basketball’s biggest stage.

Forward Nigel Hayes-Davis was named Final Four MVP, finishing the championship game with an impressive 23 points and 9 rebounds, anchoring his team’s offensive and defensive efforts.

Fenerbahçe reached the final after a hard-fought 82–76 semifinal victory over defending champions Panathinaikos AKTOR, showcasing resilience and consistency throughout the tournament.
