Federal Educational Institutions Announce Summer Vacations In Islamabad
Summer holidays declared for federal institutions amid rising temperatures in capital
ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – The federal government has officially announced summer vacations for educational institutions operating under its administration in Islamabad.
According to an official notification, summer holidays for model schools, colleges, and other federally managed educational institutions in the capital will start from May 25 and continue until July 31, 2026.
The notification further stated that all institutions will resume academic activities on August 3, 2026, after the completion of the summer break.

Authorities said the decision was made due to increasing temperatures and the ongoing summer season, aiming to provide relief to students, teachers, and administrative staff during the extreme heat.
