Culprits Still at Large in Gruesome Rape and Murder of 5-Year-Old in Gujrat

GUJRAT – The brutal rape and murder of a five-year-old girl in the Khohar area of Gujrat has shocked the nation, with authorities still struggling to bring the perpetrators to justice. Nine days after the incident, the case remains unresolved as the culprits have yet to be apprehended.

According to the postmortem report, the young victim suffered severe sexual assault, with injuries found on her face, back, and other parts of her body before she was ultimately murdered. The child, who was reportedly kidnapped, was later found stuffed in a sack and dumped from a height of 30 feet.

Despite the gruesome nature of the crime, the police have yet to make any arrests. Three suspects have been detained, with the authorities claiming that DNA analysis will confirm their involvement. However, the slow pace of the investigation has led to public outcry, with residents staging protests demanding swift action.

The victim’s father, Junaid, has filed a complaint, leading to the registration of a case against unidentified individuals.
