Consulate General Dubai Hosts Event to Promote HEMS 2025 Trade Exhibition

Dubai – The Consulate General of Pakistan, in collaboration with the Pakistan Business Council Dubai, organized a special Sahoor event on March 10 at the Pakistan Association Dubai. The event aimed to promote the upcoming 4th edition of the Health, Engineering, and Minerals Show (HEMS 2025), which is scheduled to take place from April 17 to 19, 2025, at the Expo Centre Lahore, Pakistan.

During the event, Hussain Muhammad, the Consulate General, urged UAE-based business leaders to send their representatives to the exhibition, highlighting the extensive trade and investment opportunities in Pakistan. He assured the attendees that the Pakistani government would provide full support to visiting delegates, emphasizing the Consulate’s commitment to assisting with all necessary arrangements for the participants.

Ali Zeb Khan, Trade & Investment Counsellor, stressed the event’s purpose of preparing a delegation of buyers and potential importers to visit Pakistan and take part in the mega exhibition. He also highlighted that HEMS 2025 is organized by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan in collaboration with the Export Development Board.

Shabbir Merchant, Chairman of the Pakistan Business Council Dubai, and Vice Chairman Kamran Riyaz, both addressed the gathering, emphasizing the council’s role in connecting global business communities and facilitating participation in HEMS 2025. They reiterated their commitment to fostering bilateral trade and investment relations.

Renowned Pakistani businessman Hussain Dawood also spoke at the event, encouraging attendees to seize the opportunity presented by HEMS 2025. He stressed the importance of exhibitions like these in promoting Pakistan’s export sectors and strengthening economic partnerships.
