Islamabad: Another petrol and diesel price hike is on the cards for the next half of February 2024 in awaken of higher international oil prices amid Middle East unrest.
Local media stated that prices of high-speed diesel (HSD) and light diesel could go up by about for the next fortnight, while petrol price is expected to remain same from Feb 16, 2024.
The government will revise petrol and diesel prices as tension in Middle East drives universal oil prices up.

In response to global oil market dynamics, an increase in petrol and diesel prices is expected from February 16 onwards. However, the interim administration might maintain the status quo, deferring decisions to the incoming government.
Current Petrol and Diesel Prices in Pakistan
Currently, petrol is priced at Rs 272.89 per liter, while diesel is being sold at Rs 276.21 per liter.
