Sources said Deputy Speaker Legislative Assembly Chaudhry Riaz Ahmed, Warza Government Javed Butt, Asim Sharif Butt, Dewan Mohiuddin are non-states who pretended to be Kashmiri refugees by creating fake state subjects. The certificate should be canceled and the membership of the assembly should be terminated while the lawyers on behalf of the respondents will present their arguments today۔

The petitioner while talking to the media said that millions of refugees who migrated from Occupied Kashmir years ago and came to Pakistan. The rights of the people are being robbed, which is an intolerable act. I request the Chief Secretary of Azad Kashmir and the Prime Minister of Pakistan to take notice of the violations of their rights and provide them with basic rights. They have been giving sacrifices for centuries.
