PM Shehbaz’s special assistant Fahd Hussain resigns today

Islamabad: (Staff Reporter) Fahd Husain, special assistant to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has tendered his resignation on Tuesday.

According to the source, a prominent journalist and current affairs show host, Fahd, was appointed by the prime minister as his special assistant on public policy and media communication last year. The premier has accepted his resignation and has extended best wishes for him.

As per details Fahd has also announced his resignation on twitter. He wrote that “I have stepped down as Special Assistant to PM after productive stint of a year.”

Moreover he expressed gratitude to the prime minister for giving me opportunity to serve in public office. I witnessed first-hand how PM navigated multiple fault lines in tough times. None other could have done it better.

Furthermore Fahd Hussain has previously worked at key positions with private channels and has also written for several publications in his career.
