Fawad says PTI legislators are being bought for Rs400m
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) central leader Fawad Chaudhry has claimed that his party’s legislators are being bought for Rs400 million to get favour in Punjab Chief Minister elections.
former federal minister addressed a press conference in Islamabad on Wednesday and said the rules have started a vicious game in Punjab.
Fawad said Sindh House-style horse trading has been started in Lahore as former President Asif Ali Zardari is buying members with funds of Sindh government.
Anyhow, he indicated to give more good news regarding the victory of Tehreek-e-Insaf in by-elections as there are hopes that PTI’s seats will increase from 15 to 17.
He said an application has been filed for the Muzaffargarh seat too while decision on Kahuta seats is also pending.
PTI leader claimed that his party has completed the number game for the election of Chief Minister.
