Pakistan Navy Seizes 2,850kg Narcotics Worth $96 Million in Arabian Sea

The operations were conducted as part of Pakistan Navy’s counter-narcotics efforts in the Arabian Sea.

ISLAMABAD: (News Desk) – Pakistan Navy Ship Yarmook (F-271), while deployed in the Arabian Sea, conducted two successful counter-narcotics operations at extended ranges from the Pakistani coast, resulting in the seizure of a large quantity of narcotics.

According to the Pakistan Navy, two dhows were intercepted during the operations.

The seizures included approximately 850 kilograms of ice and 2,000 kilograms of hashish or cannabis, with the total haul estimated to be worth around $96 million.
