Parwaaz Card 135 Youth Saudi Arabia Begin New Jobs

PUNJAB – (Web Desk) – Punjab’s youth just got a big push toward better jobs abroad. The Parwaaz Card 135 youth Saudi Arabia batch has officially left for the Kingdom, marking the first group of skilled workers to travel under this new program.

The send-off ceremony was full of pride and hope. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz spoke directly to the young travelers, telling them they are not just going abroad to work. She said they now carry the name of Pakistan with them, and how they behave there will shape how the world sees their country.

She also shared that training Punjab’s youth properly has long been close to her heart. That dream is now turning into action through the Punjab Skills Development Fund, working under the Skills Development and Entrepreneurship Department.

Many key people joined the event. This included Adnan Afzal Chattha, who heads the Punjab Task Force on Skill Development, along with Secretary Nadir Chattha, PSDF chief Ahmed Khan, bank officials from the Bank of Punjab, hiring partners, and the youth themselves who are part of this journey.

The Chief Minister made it clear her plans don’t stop at Punjab. She wants every province to get the same chance, helping young people everywhere learn skills that open doors to jobs around the world.

In a warm and caring tone, she compared this farewell to a mother sending her own children off. She asked the youth to stay safe just as they would at home, and to keep making their country proud while working overseas.

Adnan Chattha gave more details during the event. He confirmed that all 135 candidates in this round have secured real jobs in Saudi Arabia, spread across hospitality, healthcare, construction, and a few other fields.

Out of this group, 105 young people are heading into hospitality roles, mostly at Quick Service Restaurants. The remaining 30 will work in construction. Their flights to Saudi Arabia start from June 28.

This Parwaaz Card 135 youth Saudi Arabia initiative isn’t just about visas and tickets. It gives workers interest-free loans before they leave, along with proper training so they feel ready for their new jobs.

To close the event, the Chief Minister personally handed out Parwaaz Cards and loan cheques to the beneficiaries. It was a simple but meaningful moment for the families watching their children take this big step.

The bigger picture is even more impressive. Around 45,000 people across Punjab will receive interest-free loans under this program, totaling close to Rs6.867 billion in support.

Each person can get between Rs300,000 and Rs1 million, depending on their needs. This money covers everyday costs like visa fees, flight tickets, medical checks, and other paperwork needed before flying out.
