Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan calls for unity, peace, and compassion as Pakistan faces challenges on Eid-ul-Fitr

Lahore – (Web Desk) – Speaker of the Punjab Assembly, Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan, extended heartfelt greetings to the Muslim Ummah, particularly the people of Pakistan, on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Fitr. He expressed hope that the festival would bring a message of peace, stability, and prosperity to the country.

In his message, he said that Eid symbolizes joy, gratitude, brotherhood, and compassion, reflecting the true spirit of Ramadan. He urged citizens to incorporate the values of piety, patience, and sacrifice learned during Ramadan into their daily lives.

The Speaker noted that Pakistan is currently facing multiple internal and external challenges, emphasizing that national unity, harmony, and tolerance are essential to overcome them. He called on the public to reject extremism, hatred, and sectarianism, and to work collectively for the country’s stability and security.

Highlighting the sacrifices made in the fight against terrorism, he paid tribute to the officers and soldiers of the Pakistan Army, stating that their contributions remain unforgettable. He also prayed for the elevation of the ranks of martyrs and for patience and strength for their families.
