Pakistan’s foreign reserves rise to twenty one billion dollars

Pakistan’s Foreign Reserves See Slight Rise in February 2026

Pakistan State Bank – (Web Desk) – Pakistan’s total liquid foreign reserves rose to $21.43 billion by February 27, 2026.
The State Bank of Pakistan’s reserves went up by $87 million, reaching $16.3 billion.
On the other hand, commercial banks’ reserves dropped by $61 million, now standing at $5.13 billion.
These figures show small shifts in the country’s foreign exchange position.
Total liquid foreign reserves held by the country in the previous week ended on February 20, 2026 were $ 21,407.7 million.

Among them the State Bank of Pakistan held foreign exchange reserves of $ 16,212.9 million while the commercial banks held reserves equaling to $ 5,194.8 million.
