ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk)- Turkey has formally agreed to join the newly formed global Board of Peace, reinforcing Ankara’s growing diplomatic engagement in international peace and stability efforts, local media reported on Wednesday. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will represent the country at the Board of Peace meeting scheduled on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

The high-level forum is expected to bring together world leaders and senior policymakers to discuss major global security challenges and explore long-term pathways toward sustainable peace.
