Pakistan Qualify for U-19 Asia Cup Semi-Finals After Beating UAE by 70 Runs
Hamza Zahoor also added valuable runs with a score of 42.
DUBAI: Pakistan booked their place in the semi-finals of the Under-19 Asia Cup after defeating the United Arab Emirates by 70 runs in their final group match in Dubai.
Batting first, Pakistan posted a competitive total of 241 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. Ahmed Hussain played a solid knock of 65 runs, while Samir Minhas contributed 44 runs. Hamza Zahoor also added valuable runs with a score of 42.
For the UAE, Yog Sharma was the pick of the bowlers, claiming three wickets, while Naseem Khan picked up two wickets.
In reply, the UAE batting lineup failed to chase the target and was bowled out for 171 runs in the 38th over. Ayan Misbah top-scored for UAE with 77 runs, while Prithvi Madhu chipped in with 27 runs.

Pakistan’s Abdul Subhan delivered an impressive bowling performance, taking four wickets to dismantle the UAE batting order.
With this convincing victory, Pakistan successfully secured qualification for the semi-finals of the Under-19 Asia Cup.
