Sydney Sweeney Stuns at The Housemaid Premiere
What begins as an opportunity for a fresh start soon spirals into a twisted game of secrets, suspicion, and dangerous power plays.
NEW YORK: Sydney Sweeney delivered full blonde-bombshell glamour as she lit up the red carpet at the New York City premiere of her upcoming thriller The Housemaid on Tuesday night.
The 28-year-old actress turned heads the moment she arrived outside 787 on Seventh, stepping out in a dazzling low-cut corset gown that showcased her signature red-carpet confidence.
The glitzy dress, embellished with sparkling rhinestone detailing, flowed elegantly to the floor with a modest train, cementing Sweeney as one of the evening’s standout fashion moments.
Adding to the Old Hollywood aesthetic, the Euphoria star wrapped herself in a dramatic white feather boa, which she playfully draped over her arms while posing for photographers.
Although she recently debuted a sleek bob, Sweeney returned to her long, voluminous blonde waves for the premiere, courtesy of curly hair extensions that added a touch of vintage movie-star glamour.
On the makeup front, Sweeney kept the classic theme going. Her icy blue eyes were defined with black eyeliner and frosty white eyeshadow, while her glossy pink lips and rosy cheeks offered a soft, youthful finish.
Sweeney appeared relaxed and radiant throughout the night, seemingly unfazed by recent controversies as she enjoyed the spotlight ahead of the film’s release.
Notably absent from her side was her billionaire boyfriend Scooter Braun, 44, whom she began dating over the summer following her split from longtime fiancé Jonathan Davino, 42.

The actress later reunited on the red carpet with co-star Amanda Seyfried, who arrived in a floor-length baby pink gown paired with a sparkling diamond choker.
The 39-year-old Mean Girls alum wore her blonde hair in loose, vintage-inspired waves reminiscent of classic ’40s starlet Veronica Lake.
Sweeney and Seyfried star as fierce rivals in The Housemaid, an adaptation of Freida McFadden’s bestselling psychological thriller series.
According to the studio, the story follows a struggling young woman, played by Sweeney who takes a job as a housemaid for an affluent couple portrayed by Seyfried and Brandon Sklenar.
What begins as an opportunity for a fresh start soon spirals into a twisted game of secrets, suspicion, and dangerous power plays.
The Housemaid is set to hit theatres on December 19, with fans eagerly anticipating the tense on-screen dynamic between Sweeney and Seyfried.
