Lahore — Pakistan’s Olympic gold medalist javelin thrower, Arshad Nadeem, is gearing up with full force for the upcoming World Athletics Championship. Training intensively at Punjab Stadium Lahore with morning and evening sessions, Arshad is focusing on physical conditioning, running, and perfecting his javelin throw technique.
His coach Salman Butt and physio Dr. Asad Abbas Shah have confirmed that Arshad is in excellent shape and fully prepared to compete at the highest level. They expressed strong confidence in his ability to deliver another gold-winning performance for Pakistan.

“We are optimistic that Arshad Nadeem will once again bring home a gold medal for Pakistan,” said the duo.
Arshad is scheduled to leave for Tokyo, Japan, on September 9, where he will participate in the World Athletics Championship on September 17 and 18, representing Pakistan on the global stage.
