
UAE – Pakistan – (Special Correspondent / Web Desk) -Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, met with a high-level delegation of prominent UAE investors and business leaders. The group was led by Mohamed El Baradei, Group Chief Investment Officer of Abu Dhabi’s global investment firm, EIX.
Minister Aurangzeb welcomed the delegation and detailed Pakistan’s current economic landscape and structural reform agenda. He reaffirmed the government’s dedication to resolving investor challenges and spotlighted exceptional opportunities within the mining industry.

The Minister also outlined proactive measures to lower energy and financial costs for businesses. He elaborated on the ongoing privatization program, stressing that Pakistan is pursuing an investment- and export-driven growth model where UAE partners are essential.
The UAE delegates thanked their hosts for the warm welcome, describing the talks as highly productive. They agreed that these direct engagements are crucial for deepening the strong bilateral economic ties between the UAE and Pakistan.
