Alleged Land Grabbing in Bani Gala: Locals Accuse Police of Aiding Suspects
Bani Gala Land Grab: Victims Urge Action, Fair Probe
Islamabad – Residents of Islamabad’s Bani Gala area have accused a local land mafia of forcibly occupying property belonging to five sisters, claiming the police are supporting the suspects rather than taking action against them.
According to the affected families, individuals identified as Muhammad Abbasi, Mazloom Abbasi, and Liaqat Abbasi are allegedly involved in the illegal occupation. The victims allege that despite multiple complaints, the local police have been backing the accused and ignoring the grievances of the rightful owners.
Locals and the victims have appealed to higher authorities to take immediate notice of the incident, launch a fair investigation, and take strict action against those involved in land grabbing to ensure justice is served.
