Interior Minister and KP CM Discuss Law and Order, Focus on Kurram Peace

Peshawar: Federal Minister for Interior, Mohsin Naqvi, visited Peshawar today for an important meeting with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur, at the Chief Minister’s Office. The two leaders discussed critical issues surrounding law and order in the province, with a focus on establishing lasting peace in Kurram.
During the meeting, Interior Minister Naqvi expressed his commitment to supporting the provincial government’s efforts to ensure peace and stability in Kurram. He highlighted the importance of strengthening the capacity of law enforcement agencies in KP and underlined that restoring peace in the region was a top priority for the federal government. Naqvi emphasized the need for collective efforts, calling for consultations with all relevant stakeholders to achieve sustainable peace.
Both leaders paid tribute to the law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the ongoing battle against terrorism. Minister Naqvi and Chief Minister Gandapur acknowledged the invaluable sacrifices made by the martyrs, pledging to continue the fight against terrorism and ensure the security of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
