Rawalpindi(Staff Reporter); Imran Khan Demands Fresh Elections Amidst Political Turmoil, PTI founder Imran Khan has stirred controversy by demanding fresh elections during a hearing at Adiala Jail regarding the 190 million pound reference. In an informal interaction with journalists, Khan expressed concerns over the current political climate, emphasizing the need for transparent elections and criticizing the government’s economic policies.
Addressing negotiations, Khan outlined three conditions, including the resolution of his legal cases, the release of PTI members, and the return of what he termed as their electoral mandate. He revealed past discussions with General Bajwa and referenced a committee formed with key PTI figures.
Khan welcomed a recent Supreme Court decision, which he described as a positive step towards justice, highlighting issues of fairness and political interference. He raised questions about electoral practices and criticized the handling of PTI’s candidacy and party symbols in previous elections.
