According to the details shared in the FIR, the woman boarded a van from her village intending to travel to Rawat Bazaar. However, the conductor allegedly locked the door and steered the vehicle away from its usual route toward Chak Beli Road, trapping the woman inside.

The FIR also named the woman’s mother-in-law and sister-in-law as participants in the alleged planning of the assault.

The report further stated that the suspects threatened to release the videos online and harm the woman if she spoke about the incident.
