“We Have Repaid the Debt, Struck India with Precision”: Khawaja Asif

"India stages fake encounters every two months and blames Pakistan for them," Asif said.

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif stated that India’s military actions continued until last night, but Pakistan has now “repaid the debt” with effective counterstrikes.

Speaking to the media, Khawaja Asif asserted that Pakistan has delivered powerful and precise responses to India, making it difficult for New Delhi to now return to the path of peace.

He further said that Pakistan has dismantled India’s false narrative of being the regional enforcer. “India stages fake encounters every two months and blames Pakistan for them,” Asif said.

The minister accused India of spreading instability in the region, emphasizing that while the world talks about peace, India is actively pursuing unrest. He claimed that airfields from Gujarat to Punjab in India have been rendered non-operational as a result of Pakistan’s actions.

“As of last night, India’s actions were ongoing. We have fulfilled our responsibility. With time, the situation will become clearer,” he concluded.
