USEFP to Inaugurate First Headquarters in Islamabad to Mark 75 Years of Fulbright in Pakistan

USEFP Headquarters to Boost Fulbright Ties and Educational Collaboration

Islamabad: The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) is set to open its first-ever headquarters building in Islamabad’s education corridor, marking a major milestone in U.S.-Pakistan educational cooperation. The $12 million facility, now nearing completion, will be officially inaugurated later this year as part of the celebrations commemorating 75 years of the Fulbright program in Pakistan.

Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad recently visited the site to review progress and meet with the team behind the project. The state-of-the-art building will serve as a central hub for educational exchange, offering resources, guidance, and opportunities for students, scholars, and professionals engaged in U.S.-Pakistan academic partnerships.

The new headquarters aims to strengthen institutional ties and enhance the impact of educational initiatives, particularly the Fulbright Program — one of the world’s most prestigious international exchange programs. It symbolizes the long-standing commitment of both nations to academic excellence and mutual understanding.
