Islamabad-In a significant boost to Pakistan’s economy, the United States and Pakistan have joined forces to promote investment and showcase the country’s innovative firms. The recently concluded Pakistan Investment Roadshow, organized by the US Agency for International Development (USAID), connected 27 curated Pakistani firms with US investors in New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.
The roadshow aimed to raise $15 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) commitments by highlighting Pakistan’s potential in various sectors, including artificial intelligence, Healthtech, Fintech, Edtech, Agritech, Climatetech, and Software as a Service. The events sparked investor interest, with Pakistani firms captivating audiences with their innovative solutions and potential for scaling globally.
