Shujaat Hussain Fazlur Rehman extends warm welcome to Mian Nawaz Sharif

Islamabad/Lahore_Pakistan Muslim League (Q) chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain extending his welcome to Nawaz Sharif has said that the country is in dire need of national unity and reconciliation during these challenging times,

Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain in a statement on Saturday stated that PML-N supremo Mian Nawaz Sharif will have to work hard to restore the national economy, and eliminate unemployment and inflation in the country.

Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain acknowledged that the onus is now on Mian Nawaz Sharif to work diligently towards restoring the national economy, alleviating unemployment, and tackling inflation.

In his statement, he underlined the high expectations that the people of Pakistan have vested in Nawaz Sharif, urging him to put aside past grievances and employ his full potential to address the pressing issues affecting the populace.

“The people of Pakistan have attached hopes to Nawaz Sharif; he should forget the bitterness of the past and use his full potential to solve the problems of the people,” remarked the PML-Q president.

Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain further stressed that the responsibility for providing relief to the people and safeguarding national interests is a shared commitment among all political leaders and parties.

The PML-Q chief also highlighted the immediate need for a strong and stable economy over a divisive and vindictive brand of politics. “Presently, the country needs a strong economy instead of politics of revenge”, he added.

JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, in a statement, emphasised that no coercive measures can stop a true patriot from returning to the country.

He further conveyed in a statement that regardless of the extent of oppression and control exerted by authorities, its impact remains transient.

He also extended a warm welcome to PML-N leader Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif upon his return.

Notably, following the end of the PTI government, JUI-F, Pakistan Muslim League-N, PPP and other political factions collectively elected Shehbaz Sharif as the Prime Minister under the banner of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).
