Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Launches National Blood Donation Campaign
Riyadh: (News Desk) – Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman has formally launched the National Blood Donation Campaign 2026 by personally donating blood.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Crown Prince’s participation is aimed at encouraging citizens and expatriates to take part in the national humanitarian campaign and contribute to voluntary blood donation.

The campaign seeks to promote a culture of voluntary blood donation across Saudi Arabia, maintain adequate blood reserves in blood banks and ensure the timely availability of blood for patients in need.
The initiative also focuses on raising public awareness about the importance of regular blood donation and strengthening voluntary donation practices across the Kingdom.
Officials have urged members of the public to participate in the campaign and support efforts to ensure reliable blood supplies for hospitals and patients requiring transfusions.
