Saudi Arabia approves 2025 state budget with focus on Vision 2030 Goals

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Council of Ministers, chaired by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, has approved the state budget for the fiscal year 2025. The budget projects total revenues of SR1.184 trillion and expenditures of SR1.285 trillion, resulting in a projected deficit of SR101 billion.

The budget, announced on Tuesday, underscores the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to align its financial strategies with the ambitious goals of Vision 2030. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman highlighted the importance of adhering to the budget’s outlined programs, strategies, and projects to ensure the successful realization of Vision 2030’s transformative objectives.
