ISLAMABAD – President Asif Ali Zardari has summoned a session of the National Assembly, scheduled to be held on Monday, September 29 at 5:00 PM.

According to the official notification, the session has been convened under Clause (1) of Article 54 of the Constitution of Pakistan. The agenda of the session has not yet been publicly disclosed, but it comes at a time of heightened political activity in the country.
