PPP’s Hasan Murtaza Accuses PML-N of Relying on State Machinery to Win Elections

The PPP will make a comeback in this election despite five decades of suppression,” he stated confidently.

SIALKOT — Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Punjab General Secretary Hasan Murtaza has launched a sharp critique of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), accusing the party of relying on state resources to secure electoral victories.

Speaking to the media, Murtaza alleged that the PML-N lacks both a clear political agenda and a viable strategy for governance. “They are only masters in preparing Form 47,” he remarked, referencing claims of election rigging.

He expressed optimism about the PPP’s prospects in the upcoming elections, asserting that the party is poised for a strong comeback. “The PPP will make a comeback in this election despite five decades of suppression,” he stated confidently.

Rejecting any notion of relying on alliances or external assistance, Murtaza emphasized that the PPP aims to regain power in Punjab purely through public support and democratic strength.
