PS-30 Khairpur-5 By-Election: Polling Underway With 254,980 Voters
KHAIRPUR: (Staff Reporter) – Polling is underway in the by-election for Sindh Assembly constituency PS-30 Khairpur-5, where 254,980 registered voters are eligible to cast their ballots.
According to reports, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) candidate Asfandyar Kharl is contesting against seven independent candidates. The Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) has announced a boycott of the by-election.
The seat fell vacant following the death of PPP MPA Naeem Ahmed Kharl. Voters across the constituency are casting ballots to elect a new representative to the Sindh Assembly.
