Pakistan Batting First Against South Africa in Second ODI

Pakistan leads the series 1–0 after securing a thrilling two-wicket victory over South Africa in the first ODI.

FAISALABAD: Pakistan is currently batting against South Africa in the second match of the three-match One Day International (ODI) series being played at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad.

After winning the toss, Pakistan’s captain Shaheen Shah Afridi chose to bat first, expressing confidence in his team’s ability to set a big target for the visitors.

“We’ll try to put up a strong total and put pressure on South Africa,” Shaheen said at the toss. Pakistan made two changes to their playing XI for today’s game, bringing in Faheem Ashraf and Mohammad Wasim Jr.
