Pakistan & Bangladesh Reach Final of T20 Blind Cricket World Cup

Pakistan and Bangladesh will now face each other in what promises to be an exciting final of the T20 Blind Cricket World Cup.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Bangladesh have secured their spots in the final of the T20 Blind Cricket World Cup after impressive performances in their respective semi-finals.

In the first semi-final, Pakistan defeated Nepal by chasing down a target of 94 runs without losing a wicket. Kamran Akhtar was the star of the show, scoring a blistering 63 runs off 21 balls. His innings included one six and 12 boundaries, leading Pakistan to an easy victory.

In the second semi-final, Bangladesh triumphed over Sri Lanka in a thrilling contest. Bangladesh posted a massive total of 244 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Mohammad Salman contributed an explosive 97 runs, while Arif Hussain supported with a solid 81.

Sri Lanka’s response fell just short, as they managed to score 238 runs in their 20 overs. Despite their valiant effort, they were unable to chase down the target, and Bangladesh advanced to the final. Mohammad Salman was named the Player of the Match for his outstanding performance.
