Pakistan Air Force Commemorates Historic Marka-e-Haq Anniversary
Armed Forces Reaffirm Commitment To Pakistan’s Sovereignty And National Security
ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Inter-Services Public Relations said the nation proudly commemorated the first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq on the night of May 6 and 7, describing it as a defining moment in Pakistan’s military history and a symbol of operational excellence by the Pakistan Air Force.
According to ISPR, the occasion reinforced national confidence, strengthened institutional resolve and highlighted the Pakistan Air Force’s continuous efforts toward modernization, advanced capability development and operational preparedness for future warfare challenges.
The military’s media wing stated that PAF has steadily transformed into a future-ready air power through the induction of cutting-edge systems, disruptive technologies and enhanced multi-domain operational capabilities. It added that these developments have further strengthened Pakistan’s ability to protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity amid the rapidly changing dynamics of modern aerial warfare.

ISPR described the successful execution of the operations during Marka-e-Haq as unprecedented in scope and innovation, saying the achievement reflected the professional excellence, precision and strategic readiness of the Pakistan Air Force while boosting the morale and confidence of the Pakistani nation.
The statement emphasized that Pakistan remains committed to peace and regional stability, while its armed forces continue to maintain a responsible and mature strategic posture. It noted that every effort undertaken by Pakistan’s military is aimed at ensuring peace, security and sovereign equality in the region.
At the same time, the armed forces remain fully aware of evolving regional security challenges and the growing military capabilities of adversarial forces. ISPR said Pakistan Armed Forces are consistently investing in advanced technologies, critical defence systems and professional training to effectively respond to future threats.
The statement further warned that any hostile action against Pakistan would receive a stronger, more precise and determined response than what adversaries witnessed during Marka-e-Haq.
Paying tribute to PAF personnel, ISPR praised their professionalism, sacrifice, operational focus and tireless efforts, calling their role pivotal in the historic defence of Pakistan’s airspace.
The statement concluded by reaffirming that the Pakistan Air Force remains a symbol of national pride, strength and confidence for the country.
