NHMP Promotes 65 Officers, Recognizes Dedication
65 NHMP Officers Promoted in Merit-Based Advancement Ceremony
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk)- The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) has promoted 65 officers to higher ranks, including 54 Sub-Inspectors and 11 Inspectors, the department announced on Saturday.
The promotions were approved during a meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) at the Central Police Office, Islamabad, chaired by the Deputy Inspector General (Human Resource Management) and formally endorsed by NHMP Inspector General Sultan Ahmed Chaudhry.

Under the promotion, 54 Sub-Inspectors (BS-14) advanced to Inspector (BS-16), while 11 Inspectors (BS-16) were elevated to the Higher Time Scale (BS-17). The process adhered strictly to rules, seniority, and merit.
Inspector General Sultan Ahmed Chaudhry congratulated the officers, highlighting their dedication, professionalism, and hard work. He emphasized that promotions are key milestones that come with greater responsibilities and urged officers to continue prioritizing public service while performing their duties with honesty and competence.
