Natasha Remanded for 14 Days in Karsaz Accident Case
The judicial magistrate has ordered Natasha, the suspect in the Karachi Karsaz traffic accident, to be held in jail for 14 days on judicial remand. At the court hearing, the magistrate decided she will remain in custody as the case moves forward. While Natasha’s lawyer argues that the charges are bailable, the investigation officer points out that Section 322, pertaining to culpable homicide, has been added, making the charges non-bailable and more severe.
