Citizens Praise Services During Minister’s NADRA Inspection
KARACHI: (Web Desk) – Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a surprise visit to the National Database and Registration Authority Mega Centre on University Road, Safoora, in Karachi on Monday to assess public service delivery and review facilities available to citizens.
During the visit, the minister inspected various service counters and interacted with people visiting the centre for identity cards and other official documentation. He sought feedback from citizens regarding the registration process and overall service quality.
Visitors expressed satisfaction with the centre’s operations, stating that identity card processing was being handled efficiently without excessive waiting times. They also appreciated the cooperation and professionalism of the staff.

Mohsin Naqvi held separate discussions with senior citizens, listened to their concerns and directed officials to ensure that elderly individuals receive prompt and priority services.
He also instructed authorities to provide preferential assistance to women and senior citizens, emphasizing the importance of making public services more accessible and citizen-friendly.
The interior minister commended the centre’s management and staff for maintaining efficient operations and delivering services in an organized manner.
Officials said the visit was part of the government’s broader efforts to monitor public service institutions, improve customer experience and enhance operational standards across NADRA facilities.
