GUJRAT – (Web Desk) – A devastating Kharian mini market fire broke out on Kotla Sadwal Road, reducing six shops and their goods to ashes. The fire caused losses worth millions of rupees in the busy commercial area.

As soon as the alarm was raised, a Rescue 1122 team reached the spot quickly and worked hard to bring the flames under control before the fire could spread further.

The shops were closed for Eid holidays at the time of the incident. Along with the shop goods, two loader rickshaws parked nearby were also completely burnt in the fire.

Rescue sources confirmed that the exact cause of the fire is still not known. Authorities are looking into how the blaze started.

What makes this incident more alarming is that this is the second fire to hit the area in just four days. Residents and local traders are now demanding a proper investigation and safety measures to stop such incidents from happening again.
