Kane Williamson Praises Babar Azam, Says He Will Return to Form

ISLAMABAD: Former New Zealand cricket team captain and seasoned batter, Kane Williamson, has praised Babar Azam, calling him a world-class player and expressed confidence that Babar will return to his rhythm soon.

Speaking at a press conference following New Zealand’s victory against South Africa in Lahore, Williamson stated that it felt great to be in Pakistan and having the opportunity to play two major matches.

He also mentioned that New Zealand’s player, Rachin Ravindra, is making progress and it will be interesting to see how quickly he recovers.

Williamson added that after the win against South Africa, the team will now have a few days off and will be refreshed for the final of the Tri-Nation Series.

On the pitch conditions, he noted that it was not an easy surface to play on, but playing in the Tri-Nation Series has been a great experience.
