Islamabad to Take Legal Action Against Sale and Use of ‘Baaja’
A ban has been imposed on the sale and use of horns in the federal capital.
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Deputy Commissioner (DC) Irfan Nawaz Memon Wednesday warned that the sale and use of plastic horn (baaja) is banned in the city.
“A ban has been imposed on the sale and use of horns in the federal capital. Legal action will be taken in case of violation,” Memon said in a post on X.
The city administration in Islamabad had imposed a ban on the sale, purchase and use of horn last year as well during August.
