Islamabad Family Court Grants Khula To Former Senator Mushtaq Ahmed’s Wife

ISLAMABAD: (Staff Reporter) – An Islamabad family court has granted khula to Humaira Tayyaba, wife of former senator Mushtaq Ahmed, formally dissolving their marriage.

According to details, Family Court Judge Ambreen Iqbal issued a decree in favour of Humaira Tayyaba, approving the dissolution of the marriage through khula.

The court observed that Humaira Tayyaba was unwilling to continue the marital relationship, leading to the dissolution of the marriage under the legal process of khula.
