Iran Launches Ballistic Missile Attack on US Bases in Gulf
CENTCOM denied Iranian claims that the US Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain was damaged.
Tehran: (Web Desk) – Iran’s Revolutionary Guards claimed they targeted US military bases in the Gulf with a volley of ballistic missiles following reported US strikes on radar installations in Iran.
According to US Central Command (CENTCOM), Iran launched seven ballistic missiles toward Kuwait and Bahrain, six of which were intercepted while one failed to reach its target. CENTCOM denied Iranian claims that the US Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain was damaged.
Meanwhile, explosions and air defense interceptions were reported in Bahrain and Kuwait, with authorities urging residents to seek shelter.

The developments mark a significant escalation in tensions between Tehran and Washington, as the US also approved a $2 billion anti-drone weapons package for Kuwait. Former US President Donald Trump stated that Iran has only “22 percent” of its missile stockpile remaining and claimed negotiations with Tehran were “going quite well.”
