Islamabad: (Staff Reporter) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said a ‘soft revolution’ is around the corner so let snap polls embrace it.
He added while talking to Punjab cabinet members that “Parvez Elahi is a practical politician, we have to give him full support for the realization of the party agenda in the province. In Punjab, the people are expecting the implementation of the real freedom agenda from PTI.”
On this occasion, PTI chief Imran Khan congratulated the cabinet members for their success in the by-elections of Punjab.
Furthermore Imran Khan said that success in the by-polls of Punjab is an expression of public confidence in Tehreek-e-Insaf. He said that the cabinet and parliamentarians should stand with the people on the stance of true independence.
The former prime minister clarified that an immediate general election is the need of the country for bringing it out of the uncertain situation.
According to the source, Revolution is knocking on our doorstep. The way should be provided through peaceful elections, he said adding that people are with us, and we have to move towards elections soon.
In the meeting, there was a detailed discussion on the administrative and political affairs of Punjab.
