Rawalpindi: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) intensified its investigation into the Tosha Khana case by interrogating Imran Khan, founder chairman of PTI, and his wife Bushra Bibi for the fourth time. Led by Deputy Director Mohsin Haroon, the NAB team visited Adiala Jail to question the accused.
Deputy Director Mustansar Abbas also accompanied the team during the hour-long interrogation session inside Adiala Jail. The focus of the investigation centered around allegations related to the Bulgari jewelry set purportedly received as a gift.
NAB Questions Imran, Bushra Bibi Over Toshakhana Scandal
NAB recently secured an 8-day physical remand of the accused from the accountability court, indicating ongoing developments in the case. Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi are scheduled to appear in court again on July 22, where further progress on the investigation will be reported.
The repeated interrogations underscore the gravity of the allegations and the meticulousness of NAB’s probe into the high-profile case.
