IESCO Enhances Services with Inauguration of Advanced Computer and Training Centres

IESCO CEO Emphasizes Commitment to Quality and Timely Services with Advanced Technologies

Islamabad: IESCO (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) has taken a significant step towards improving customer service and operational efficiency with the inauguration of its new Advanced Computer Centre and Regional Training Centre Buildings. The event was attended by Chief Executive Muhammad Naeem Jan, General Manager Operations Muhammad Aslam Khan, Chief Engineer Development Kamran Aftab, and other senior officers.

Speaking at the event, Muhammad Naeem Jan emphasized that IESCO’s priority is to provide high-quality and timely services to its customers. He highlighted the importance of implementing advanced technologies across all office and field operations, aligning with the vision of the IESCO Board of Directors.

The newly inaugurated Computer Centre, equipped with the latest printing machines, will ensure the timely printing of electricity bills and assist with various billing issues. Additionally, the new Regional Training Centre, staffed with expert instructors, will provide professional training to IESCO staff, enhancing their skills and improving customer service quality.

Director of the Computer Centre, Imran Shahid, and Principal of the Regional Training Centre, Sadaf Rasheed, briefed the attendees on the facilities and their roles in enhancing IESCO’s operations. Chief Executive Muhammad Naeem Jan also issued instructions to Xen Civil Ahsan Zaman to develop state-of-the-art offices, creating an ideal environment for both customers and staff, ensuring a productive and pleasant atmosphere.
