HEC Promotes Nine Professors From BS-20 to BS-21 in Punjab

LAHORE: (News Desk)  – The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has approved the promotion of nine professors from BS-20 to BS-21 in Punjab, including five male and four female academics, on Saturday.

According to details, the promoted professors include Dr Ambreen Javed, Principal of Government Graduate College for Women, Township, Lahore; Dr Naeema Khurshid, Principal of Government APWA Graduate College for Women, Lahore; and Dr Mohsina Munir, Principal of Government Graduate College for Women, Model Town, Lahore.

Dr Peter John, Professor at Government Graduate College Civil Lines, Lahore, and Dr Mohammad Mukhtar of Government Graduate College, Ravi Road, Lahore, have also been promoted to BS-21.

The list further includes Dr Zahid Parveen, Principal of Waqarun Nisa Graduate College, Rawalpindi; Dr Nasir Abbas, Professor at Government Graduate College, Jhang; and Dr Naveed Ahmad, Professor at Government Graduate College, Samanabad, Faisalabad.

Dr Mohammad Nawaz has also been promoted to BS-21.

The HEC has already issued a notification regarding the promotions. DPI Colleges Dr Ansar Azhar congratulated all the newly promoted professors and wished them success in their future responsibilities.
