Law Admission Test Registration Deadline Extended Until August 12
ISLAMABAD: (Staff Reporter) – The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has extended the registration deadline for the Law Admission Test (LAT), giving aspiring law students until Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to submit their applications.
According to the Education Testing Council (ETC), the LAT is scheduled to take place on Sunday, September 6, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to law programmes can complete the registration process online through the HEC’s ETC portal.
The commission has urged applicants to register as early as possible rather than waiting until the final day.
HEC clarified that no applications will be accepted after the revised deadline of August 12. Candidates who intend to appear in the upcoming LAT are therefore advised to complete their registration and ensure all required information is submitted before the deadline.
