Government Announces Revised Petroleum Prices With Diesel Hike and Petrol Cut Today

ISLAMABAD: (Staff Reporter)- The federal government has announced revised petroleum prices, with the new rates coming into effect from July 21. According to the notification issued by OGRA after government approval, the price of petrol has been reduced by 35 paisas per litre, bringing it down from Rs316.15 to Rs315.80 per litre, offering a slight relief to motorists.

Meanwhile, the price of high-speed diesel has been increased by Rs5.71 per litre, rising from Rs354.89 to Rs360.60 per litre. The updated fuel prices will remain effective until the next fortnightly review conducted by the government.
