Firing on Govt Vehicles in Lower Kurram, Deputy Commissioner Injured

Peshawar: The Deputy Commissioner of Kurram, Javed Ullah Mehsud, was injured in a firing incident on government vehicles in Lower Kurram. According to sources, the attack occurred on government vehicles, resulting in the injury of Deputy Commissioner Javed Ullah Mehsud.
Initial reports indicate that the Deputy Commissioner was immediately transported to the Lower Alizai Hospital in Kurram in a wounded condition.
Hand Grenade Attack on Police Officer’s House in Peshawar
In a separate incident, a hand grenade was thrown at the house of a police officer in the Daudzai area of Peshawar late last night. According to police, the officer is a driver assigned to the DSP Warsak. Fortunately, the grenade attack did not result in any casualties.

First Convoy to Depart for Kurram After Peace Agreement
Earlier today, the first convoy to Kurram will depart today following the peace agreement. Comprising 75 large vehicles, the convoy will travel under tight security. The fleet includes 22-wheeler, 10-wheeler, and 6-wheeler trucks, carrying essential supplies such as food, medicine, gas cylinders, and other goods. Among the cargo are 5 trucks of medicines, 10 trucks of vegetables, 9 trucks of ghee and oil, 5 trucks of flour, 7 trucks of sugar, 2 trucks of gas cylinders, and 26 trucks of other grocery items. This initiative is aimed at providing relief to the region.
