FFC Reports Strong Second Quarter Results for 2026

FFC Posts PKR 41.8 Billion Profit in Second Quarter 2026

Karachi: (Finance Reporter) – Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, following a meeting of its Board of Directors held on July 29, 2026.

The company reported strong operational performance, with its urea plants producing 1.417 million tonnes of urea, while 369,000 tonnes of Sona DAP were also produced during the period.

FFC’s urea sales increased significantly to 1.404 million tonnes, compared with 1.122 million tonnes during the same period last year. Meanwhile, DAP sales, including imported products, rose from 288,000 tonnes to 318,000 tonnes in 2026.

The increase in sales volumes helped improve FFC’s urea market share to 56%, up from 48%, while the company’s DAP market share also increased by 3 percentage points to 66%.

The company recorded total product revenue of PKR 200 billion, compared with PKR 155 billion in the corresponding period of 2025. Higher sales volumes, effective cost management and investment income of PKR 28 billion contributed to the company’s net profit of PKR 41.8 billion.

The improved profitability resulted in earnings per share (EPS) of PKR 29.1, compared with PKR 27.0 during the same period last year.

The Board of Directors also approved an interim dividend of PKR 14.5 per share for the second quarter of 2026, taking the cumulative dividend for the first half of the year to PKR 23.0 per share.
