ANKARA: (Web Desk) – Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that Turkey is pursuing a cautious and balanced approach amid the ongoing Middle East conflict, while maintaining strong ties with neighboring and allied nations.
Speaking after a cabinet meeting in Ankara, Erdogan emphasized that Turkey is determined not to be drawn into the escalating crisis. He stated that the country is avoiding what he described as a “trap” and remains committed to staying out of the growing conflict zone.
The Turkish president strongly criticized Israel, saying the recent escalation reflects its policies, while the global community is bearing the consequences. He also accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of prolonging the conflict for political survival, adding that the humanitarian cost is being felt worldwide.

He also noted that the conflict involving the United States and Israel has already impacted regional stability and driven up energy prices, adding that Turkey is taking measures to manage the economic fallout.
